As a global company, ThirdForce is based in UK, Ireland, and the USA, with customers in more than 20 countries.
ThirdForce was primarily keen to educate the community about the wealth of e-learning resources available and benefits of each. It was also eager to position itself as the expert in e-learning with a well rounded offering of expert comment and thought provoking material.
ThirdForce assigned Mango Marketing as its PR agency. It is Mango’s responsibility to manage ThirdForce’s press office; act as the point of contact for media enquiries, direct media questions to key spokespeople within ThirdForce, track national press on a daily basis, provide a clippings service and attend planning meetings with ThirdForce. Mango’s aim is to secure coverage in sector leading publications including care, hospitality, and HR and training media. Thought leadership articles and press releases about contract wins, award wins and new products are at the hub of PR activity. More recently, Mango has completed a highly successful campaign in the aviation sector, raising the awareness of ThirdForce’s GSAT e-learning solution and positioning the team as expert advisory figures in this area.
