Case Studies

The following case studies demonstrate how Mango has worked with our clients to support their business objectives.

The organisation is a source of invaluable support to education professionals; providing creative educational resources and delivering innovative and pioneering seminars and conferences that impart the latest and most effective teaching techniques and research to a national and international audience.

The brief: Mango began working with nasen in 2007 with a specific brief; raise awareness of the organisation to ensure that its vital work could continue to flourish. This brief was separated into key campaign elements with the primary focus being to strengthen the positioning of nasen amongst existing and future members.  Developing relationships with other SEN associations and key industry publications and event promotion were fundamental to this aim.

How we did it:
Mango used an inclusive approach to the campaign. By closely following current affairs, policy shifts and new initiatives, Mango and nasen collaborated to produce editorials on a range of relevant and current topics - the changing role of SENCOs, SEN funding, the teaching of specific subjects to SEN pupils and the legislative changes surrounding special educational needs. If the topic is in the news (or if it should be), we want our client to comment. By securing further opportunities for comment on a range of issues and arranging interviews for nasen and its affiliates, Mango achieved a consistent media presence for nasen.  Significant press coverage has helped to correctly position nasen as a leader in the field of non-profit, special educational needs training and development.
