With 75 years of experience, BESA offers unparalleled support, research, events and advice on both UK and International markets, and the future of the education supplies industry.  BESA is focused on promoting and providing support and advice to their members, the industry and to schools.

Although most in the education sector may have heard of BESA, particularly as a result of the Association establishing BETT and the Education Show, many educationalists did not necessarily know what the Association did and how it supported the sector.  In order to increase awareness within its relevant target audiences, and to support various activities during BESA’s 75th anniversary, Mango Marketing was awarded BESA’s public relations contract which commenced in October 2007.

Mango has implemented an integrated PR plan to ensure BESA benefits from increased awareness of specific key messages amongst stakeholders and target audiences within the education sector.  The campaign utilises a range of PR disciplines in order to achieve this, including a dedicated focus on BESA’s Policy Commission, key event support for the Education Show and BETT, along with securing extensive by-lined features and interviews.  One of the fundamental activities undertaken by BESA is a thorough research programme, and Mango regularly utilises important research findings to support PR activity to promote BESA within the sector.
